RHS Chelsea Flower Show success
Congratulations to all involved in making RHS Chelsea Flower Show such a success for 2023!
Garden Diploma Course Leader, Horticultural Consultant & Show Garden Specialist Humaira Ikram was invited with her planting team to work with Cleve West on the incredibly important and Gold Medal winning Centre Point Garden about youth homelessness.
Current Garden Design Diploma students and recent graduates were able to volunteer and be part of the build-up and planting teams across the show grounds. Gardens they worked on included Cleve West's Centrepoint Garden, Wilson Associates RSPCA garden, Tom Hoblyn's Boodles Garden, James Smith's London Square Community Garden, and Pollyanna Wilkinson's Women in Horticulture Garden.
The students were also privy to a pre-show tour of the show with talks from the designers about the gardens, concepts, planting and designs.
Congratulations to the many talented designers and their teams on the creation of a diverse range of thought provoking and innovative gardens, each individually focused on sustainability.
