Tania is a jeweller specialising in leather with over 15 years of practice.  Tate Modern and the V&A have stocked her work, which has also been featured on television worn by Prue Leith.

Describe your approach to teaching
My approach is to give students a solid grounding in simple techniques to build confidence so they finish the course with a well-finished, well-designed piece of jewellery that they are proud of.

What inspires your own work?
I’m inspired by the elegant solutions offered by simple geometry and a love of experimentation. My jewellery celebrates the pleasure of the unpredictable and the potential of this natural material.
