Susie Hunt
Susie Hunt has painted and tutored art all of her life, at home and abroad. She spends most of her time working on paintings for exhibitions in her Studio using sketches and drawings. Tutoring allows Susie to take her practice to different stimulating locations, meeting like-minded people to share and learn with whilst helping others to develop artistic skills.
Describe your approach to teaching:
To offer students understanding of a range of techniques and give them time to practice. Thus enabling students to develop skill and confidence to express themselves creatively with personal style.
What inspires your own work?
I walk every day with my two dogs and the landscape I pass through often inspires a narrative.
It will be a combination of elements that give me the idea for a painting to resolve.
