Describe your approach to teaching:
I try to encourage a playful, problem solving approach to design,
involving the exploration of simple mechanisms and the exploitation
of the properties of a range of materials.
What inspires your own work?
I try to make things which move in simple but interesting ways,
incorporating a wide range of natural, re-used and recycled
materials.Traditional moving toys have influenced me strongly.
