Phil Parkes, ACR, FHEA, FIIC, Cultural Heritage Freelancer

Phil is an accredited conservator who led on analytical and practical object-based conservation at Cardiff University for over 30 years, teaching on the BSc in Conservation and MSc’s in Conservation Practice and in Collection Care. Phil is now a Cultural Heritage freelancer.
