Nigel French

Nigel is a photographer, graphic designer, and design teacher, based in Lewes. He has an MA (Distinction) in Graphic Design and Communication from the University for the Creative Arts, is co-author of the Photoshop Visual Quickstart Guide, and has recorded more than fifty titles in the LinkedIn Learning online training library.

Describe your approach to teaching
My approach to teaching is to always be learning. I believe we learn most by working on projects that are as real-world—and as fun—as possible.

What inspires your own work? 
My work is inspired by the coastline and landscape of Sussex, by the changing light of the seasons, and also by the joy of travel and music.
