Describe your approach to teaching:

I believe in the importance of passing on the skills of technique. This is my starting point and from there it's an organic and creative process.

What inspires your work?

I am constantly inspired by the natural world, the passage of time and the elemental force of life. The alchemy of firing clay. Maps, Oceans, sounds, erosion and growth.
