Evey Dunbavin-Hands
Having studied Textiles & Fashion at Central Saint Martin’s School of Art and Design, Evey built a career in Fashion and Advertising, then went on to retrain as an Interior Designer at the KLC School of Design.
Evey set up Hands-On Design in 2005. A multi-disciplinary interior design practice providing clients with an individual design solution, working to all budgets and styles, from large residential refurbishments & structural works to small projects - all with equal focus on functionality and aesthetics.
She runs all projects from start to finish - offering clients creative, practical and exceptional personal service; nearly all new business is from referrals.
Evey now provides Interior Design business advice for designers at the start of new projects, during the project process and guiding those looking to set up their practice.
She also provides Interior Design project reviews (e.g. plans, client presentations) and constructive design advice & mentoring (planning & implementation, working with trades and clients) on live projects.
