Describe your approach to teaching
My approach to teaching is to closely guide students with techniques and to inspire them with variety of patterns and colours, enabling them to experience the beauty of forming their own best patterns.

What inspires your own work?
I am inspired by the timeless beauty and the sound of nature, especially flowers, as well as centuries-old manuscripts and the master’s primarily Hatib Mehmed Efendi, and Necmeddin Okyay.
