Describe your approach to teaching:
My approach to teaching passementerie is based on conveying traditional craft skills through practical demonstration to the group, followed up by one-to-one tuition.
What inspires your own work?
The inspiration for my own work comes from studying historical textiles and the design and techniques of passementerie. I use colour imaginatively to give my work a contemporary twist.
