Describe your approach to teaching
I use demonstration and repetition to build skills and muscle memory to learn good techniques in flame working. I share my knowledge and skills openly, aspiring to transfer a solid foundation in techniques to students.

What inspires your own work?
My practice includes flame-worked glass and mixed media to create ephemeral installations and delicate sculptural objects. Inspired by nature,  I draw on natural forms and structures to create pieces which correlate with aspects of the human condition.
