Describe your approach to teaching
I enjoy sharing my passion for bookbinding and the satisfaction that can be found in creating something beautiful but functional with your own hands. I encourage students to continue to explore and practice their new skills at home.

What inspires your own work?
I love colour and texture. My own design bindings are usually inspired by an atmosphere or feeling that has come from the text, which I then respond to. Books are very tactile and I love working with paper and leather, the combination of structure and creative design.
