About this course

Push the boundaries of your own drawing practice and go deeper to develop your own mark making, surface development, form and composition using still life and nature as inspiration.

Course Description

An experimental drawing course where you will be encouraged to learn playful drawing techniques alongside more focused observations considering scale and composition. You will be guided to work intensely, rapidly, abstractly and prolifically using a variety of materials. You will learn how to make simple drawing tools and how to experiment with them. Your inspiration will be still life and nature.

This course is suitable for experienced students and beginners alike, where you will find confidence in working with new techniques and a wide variety of captivating drawing mediums to create artworks, shifting from minimal to maximal approaches to rethink aesthetics.
